Vithai is built on a simple principle: your family's stories belong to your family. We are custodians, not owners, of the wisdom shared through our platform.

What We Collect

• Voice recordings shared by elders via WhatsApp (encrypted at rest with AES-256)
• Transcripts generated from those recordings
• Patterns and reflections derived from transcripts
• Account information necessary for family access

What We Never Do

• Sell or share your data with third parties
• Use your family's stories to train AI models
• Allow platform administrators to access your content
• Process recordings without explicit consent

Your Rights

You can export all your family's data at any time. You can request complete deletion of your data, and we will comply within 30 days. Elders can pause or opt out of recording at any point.
